I doubt that upgrading the RAM would help this. I wonder if playing the videos from your internal drive my help this. Also, try lowering the Cache size in MixEmergency to the lowest setting (this may help to reduce overall system usage a little). And something else that I forgot to mention, would be to attempt to record the audio mix directly in Serato DJ (it can be annoying to attempt to line it up correctly afterwards, but it's better than having static in your recording - assuming that it doesn't have it also). Anyway, the best thing to do would be to contact Serato regarding this issue (or Pioneer, I'm not certain who produces the hardware drivers, etc) - as it sounds like it's not a problem within MixEmergency.
