I assume that you've selected the DDJ-SR as the Device, so after that: the format should be set to Apple Lossless (I'm not certain of the exact channels for that mixer), and when playing your tracks, with the fader in the middle, the level meter should not be peaking. That should be all that you need to set up to record - after that, you can simply play and mix videos as you would normally.
