Thanks - I wasn't certain if there was a latency setting like on the Rane mixers (in the System Preferences). Perhaps you could attempt to record a short test mix using the internal mode of Serato DJ (I assume you're using it in the DVS mode), just to see if stressing your system less has any effect?
