Yep. When you go to export, select: The video size you want to export (very important to set this to something like 1280x720, or 1920x1080 for HD). Preset: Custom Export: Movie to MPEG-4 then... Push the "Options..." button. You'll want to set the Video Format to H.264. Not sure about the Data rate - you'll need to play around with this to get the quality level you want. Image Size to Current. On the Audio tab, you'll likely want to increase the audio quality, I think it defaults to 128 kbps, which is quite low. Then, export a small portion of your recording and see what the results are like. If they're not as great as you want, then try increasing the video Data rate.
