Dropping folder into Media Bank slot for more visuals

Would it be possible to get an upgrade that would allow us to drop a folder of our favorite visuals into a media bank slot and let ME randomly select a visual from that specific folder?

Possibly. Right now you can drag and drop a folder onto the bank, and it will replace the contents with the first 12 media items from that folder.

ok, so 12 items in a folder times 12 media bank slots gives me up to 144 random images... and ME will randomly select each image in its respective folder?

No, when you drag the folder in, it will replace all of the items in the media bank with the first 12 items within the folder (so you still only have 12 media items to randomly select from).

Easier to make crates in serato and organize there. When you want to change the banks, select all tracks in the crate and drag to the media bank.

i just took all my fav visuals and made a main folder, then made sub folders holding 12 clips each. so all i have to do is click the finder face on mydock and drag any one of the sub folders onto the media bank and it will automatically fill the media bank with random clips. i also made a folder with sub folders that have jpg's and clips specific to the venue im spinning at, so all i have to do is drag that venue's folder onto the bank and everything pertaining to that club is ready to go. well Nick, hopefully you can work something out where media bank can store an entire folder in each slot and ME can randomly pick from the respective folder. thanx for you help and time!

yep. i've made kid-friendly folders, holiday themed folders, and venue specific folders for my ambient clips.
