exporting video (with video coming out all jammed up)

this has been driving me absolutely nutzz!!! ive exported my video mix sets countlessly with no problem, now all of a sudden, when i export and it renders my video mix set for me to view, it comes out all jumbled up? like it seems like the video is on an angle of some sort with weird lines running through it? can someone pleaassse help, i was supposed to relsease video mix sets today but now im stuck with this problem.

What dimensions are you exporting your video at? Currently there's an issue if you try to export your video with a width that is not a multiple of 4 (I'll have to look it up - I think it was 4, but may be 2).

im just currently exporting one now, the ones that i have exported im exporting at the option before medium quality fast encode 29.97 fps, im now trying the other 19.97fps option, ill see if this does anything. cheers

Ok, but what are the dimensions that you're exporting the video to? (e.g. 640x480, 1280x720, etc)

ohhh ok i usually do 1024 by 768

ok ive found whats going on, i cant render at 25 fps only rendering with higher values works, dunno why, but if i render with25 fps the video comes out tottally jumbled

That's odd. Are you using one of the export presets?

1024 by 768 is setting that came up for me whenever I plugged my display port/vga into a projector and did a recording but now Im plugging into hdmi.
