Datamoshing plugin.

Hey there, I would love some sort of datamoshing effect for ME. can't get the QTZ datamoshing plugin to work with any facet of ME, any chance such a plugin might be on your radar (or there is indeed some way to get the pre-existing datamosh qtz plugin to work). i'm actually working on a sampler and datamosh plugin. datamosh has Video N Active, Video N Insert Key Frame and Video N Bloom parameters which are boolean. ME only has 2 parameters that are integers from 0-1. Problem #1 translate integer to boolean. so changing ME parm #1 clockwise will equate to true and counter-clcockwise will equate to false. Problem #2 datamosh has 3 parameters and ME only has 2. One or more of the datamosh parameters will need to be hard coded or change over time. still trying to see which datamosh parameter is suited for this.

dag'nab... i see what you mean, that is a pickle of limitations. exciting regardless, i am so psyched to hear you are working on this. you could always make a couple of beta versions of variations upon the parameters and see which versions people appreciate the most. if you are looking for a beta tester look no further, hehe. ;) (tokenrecluse (at) gmail (dot) com) in your testings are you finding that the results are as cpu intensive as other quartz composition data moshing plugins? cheers, nice work and feel free to post any updates, can't wait! bp
