Output preview window not appearing

I have tried to turn it on and of in the window pane and on ME itself but it will not appear

Do you have an external monitor plugged in? If so, take MixEmergency out of full-screen and see if it is hidden below that. Otherwise, you can delete the file: ~/Library/Preferences/com.inklen.MixEmergency.plist To reset all window positions (and most preferences).

I don't have that file

Perhaps you're not seeing the folder? If so: Open the Finder. Use the keyboard short-cut: command-shift-G Enter the path: ~/Library/Preferences/ In the folder that opens, see if you can find that file.

I checked in the library/preferences folder and that file is not there

Odd - I'm not sure how that's possible. Are you certain that you checked: ~/Library/Preferences/ (where ~ = your home folder), and not: /Library/Preferences/

Are there any files in those two folders that starts with "com.inklen"?
