How do you reset all the setting to default? Could someone please give me step by step instruction? Thanks!

With MixEmergency closed, remove the file: ~/Library/Preferences/com.inklen.MixEmergency ....and then rename/remove the folder ~/Movies/MixEmergency/

Also, if you want to de-authorize it, then you'll need to do that from the Authorization window in MixEmergency.

I deauthorized it and I can't activate It anymore...How do I activate it again?

When you start up MixEmergency it will give you the option to demo, purchase, or authorize it. Select "authorize", then enter your authorization key.

I've e-mailed your authorization details through to you (using the same yahoo e-mail address that you used to sign up to this forum).

Ok cool, that activated it...Since I deauthorized it, would that automatically change the setting back to normal? Or do I have to do the first part you told me to do? If so, could you please give me step by step instructions because I could not figure it out. Thanks

I just checked and the setting have not been reset...

Open the Finder. Push shift-command-g: Type the following line and then push return: ~/Library/Preferences/ Find the file "com.inklen.MixEmergency" in the folder that opens, and then delete it.

There are two files....one that says com.inklen.MixEmergency.plist and another that says com.inklen.MixEmergency.plist.lockfile Do you want me to delete both?

Close MixEmergency and then delete the com.inklen.MixEmergency.plist file.

Ok that worked but now I have another issue. I'm getting drop outs, stutters and spinning wheel when I'm using ME. I'm running the newest version of Lion, 8GB of RAM, and it's the 2008 MacBook Pro 17". I've upgraded my HD to 500 GB with about 110 left and it's 7200 RPM

Have you analysed all your files in Scratch Live? And do you notice in Scratch Live's status bar whether there is any tag writing occurring?

I didn't notice any of that. But every time I download any file, I analyze it...It will load the track but I can see it taking longer than usual to load the entire track. Then I get blank spots in the wave forms and the music will just stop. Or I will get the spinning wheel for a long time.

When this happens I restart my computer and go to mp3's only and I don't have this issue...Only with videos
