Can you please e-mail (to: contact [at] inklen [dot] com) your MixEmergency.log file? You can find it at: ~/Movies/MixEmergency/MixEmergency.log Also, make sure that you've analysed all of your videos in the version of Scratch Live that you are using. Often the cause of this type of thing can be that Scratch Live is re-writing the tags on your video - which can consume a large amount of the bandwidth available for disk reading/writing.
