ME not recording the full audio mix???

ME is recording the full video mix but audio is knocking off at 10+min??? Could some one tell me y? When exporting the video is playin but has no audio?

I'm not sure why this would be occurring. Does this happen every time?

Iv noticed it happened 3/5 times that I have recorded??? Has this evr happended befor?

I think there was one other who recently had a similar issue. Unfortunately there is a bug with the audio error reporting in MixEmergency 1.7.2 - so I can't use the log file to diagnose the errors. I would try changing the format that you're recording to in MixEmergency (from Apple Lossless to Wave) and making sure that you record to your internal hard-drive, and then seeing if the issue persists.

When I put record to wave it doesn't show that it picks up any audio? It only shows audio on apple lose less

That's odd. Are the channels and volume set correctly?

Yes when I change the format from apple to wave the audio bar completely grays out

Can you close MixEmergency, then delete the files at: ~/Movies/MixEmergency/Audio.Setting ~/Movies/MixEmergency/AudioCompressionSettingswav Then restart it and see if you can switch it to the Wav setting and still get levels.

K will try and notify, deleting those files won't mess up anything will it? I'm not really a computer guy and dnt want to mess up anythin

They're just where MixEmergency stores settings for recording audio.

I can't seem to find that??? Would I use the search magnifying glass on the top right corner?

Go into the Mac OS Finder. Then go to your Movies folder. Inside that should be a folder named MixEmergency. And inside that should be the files: Audio.Setting and AudioCompressionSettingswav Drag those two files to the Trash, and then empty the Trash.

Jst a recap I deleted those items an DL'd the new ME and everythin is workin fine now... I appreciate the fast responses and all the help from dj's & inklen (Nick)
