Hey there. Been using the demo of the 1.7 software and I am noticing that when I am not using the TTM57 for mixing I have an issue with the video crossfader. I have tried on a DDM 1000 and DJM2000. When I am scratching and going back and forth with the crossfader the crossfader somehow gets stuck at the 50% mark of the crossfade. I have to play with the cross fader at the 50% mark to get it is recognize the fader being push 100% to the left or right. Anyone have a solution on this?

I've never seen anything like that before. Is this something that occurs often? (i.e. can you reliably reproduce it) Have you mapped any of the other controls (e.g. the upfaders)? And do these have the same problem too?

I do have the up faders mapped and some effects. This happens reliably on both mixers. The up faders work perfectly. I can go up and down without any issues like I am scratching and works fine just with the mapped crossfader. Thanks for getting back so quickly Nick. I appreciate the help.

The next time this happens, can you try just moving it around a little bit at the current end of the fader that you are on (i.e. don't go near the middle) and see if it recovers its position? I can't imagine why you would need to go near the center again (though I also have no idea why this would be happening in the first place). You could also try logging the MIDI messages that you're receiving (in the MIDI window of MixEmergency), and see that it is receiving the correct messages (or any messages at all) during these periods.
