Running Dual Webcam through ME

I do a live web show and I was looking for ways to run 2 webcams.. I have the dvinput file and when i drop it in a window it starts my Web Cam no problem, what I would like to do is add another web cam on the other window so I could add a different angel with the second web cam.. but when i drop the dvinput it crashed ME...Is the a way to add a second DVInuput to run a 2nd webcam so when i want to change the camera video using the other web cam to do so.. I did it once but the 2nd view was from my Isight camera.. is there a way to or can you make a additional DVInput to do this?

You should be able to load up both without MixEmergency crashing. Can you please e-mail me your crash log? You can find it at ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/ or ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ (where ~ is your user folder) Any files beginning with "MixEmergency" in those folders would be of use.

Yo Nick.. I was able to figure out how to run dual webcams (so to speak) I hooked up both my cameras and I'm able to switch between them in the drop down box in the 2.0 update . Both shows up in the list, but I was trying to use them in the windows, I just use the live camera feed and play the songs without video's and use jpeg clips from the media bank... I was still wondering if there was a way to run the camera feed in the windows them selves so i could switch angels using the transitions.. I think that would be so cool

When it crashes, there should be an option to view the crash details. Can you do this and then copy and paste the crash report back into this discussion?

Well I tried it again and it worked... well it picked up one of the webcams and the isight.. was trying to get both c910 cams to work though
