1. If you can't unzip it, then you can just use any file with the file extension "DVInputStream" (e.g. any small text file, etc, can be renamed and it will work). 2. If you're using external hardware, then you'll have to record your video mix outside of MixEmergency. Alternatively, you could record your MixEmergency performance, and then also record through your video camera and then edit them together afterwards. 3. This may solve your problem, though, currently you cannot record the video input feature (it's a little complicated, but the way in which MixEmergency records does not actually record and video frames, as it tries to put as little strain on your computer as possible. Unfortunately we are not able to do this with video though, as it would need to be recorded and encoded live, and place additional strain on your computer). It would be possible to use the Syphon output of MixEmergency, and then send that into the Syphon Recorder application. However, this will require more CPU than MixEmergency's recording feature.
