vdjmarco you can use a rca to usb inferface for recording I use 1 / 8 in. Dual RCA to Stereo audio is very bad which would be the best
Nick Are you selecting the USB interface for the as the "Device" before you start Recording? A common mistake is to accidentally use the Microphone input, even when you have the audio cables connected to your computer. Usually people just go from 2 x RCA (from the mixer's output) to the 1/8" jack audio input on the side of your MacBook Pro.
vdjmarco when recording with 2xRCA audo is very low and if I turn up the volume the sound recording has noise sssssssssss before used a mac core duo I never had problem I now use Intel Core i5
Nick I would try recording it with another program (e.g. the audio recording option QuickTime Player) and see if you are getting the noise issues there also.
vdjmarco I've used other programs but even the same problem I think the problem is the input 1 / 8 for mac I think that using a USB connection noise can desapareser
Nick Hmmm - another option might be to record the audio via Scratch Live, export the video from MixEmergency, and then line up/trim the audio to match the video (at which point you should be able to add it to the video file).
