MixEmergency always records "video" when you're recording. Though, technically it doesn't actually record the video, but what the MixEmergency is doing (e.g. playing a video at a certain time, or crossfading at a certain position, etc). After you have recorded you need to Export this recording to a playable video file. This is for many reasons (reduces strain on the computer, means that you can export in multiple frame rates/compression settings, etc), and results in a much higher quality video capture than if you were to use screen recording software.
