What would be the best video recording setting when you render it, mp4

Im trying to post my video mix ( example) Facebook what would be the best rendering setting fro mp4 file thanx.

I would just use one of the built-in presets (the "Fast encode, Medium/High Quality"), though they will output a QuickTime Movie file (.mov).

Oh Ok thanx one more question when I try to save the video file on flash drive and transfer it to my home desk top I only transfer audio file instead of the actual mp4 file?

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what you're asking here. When you export video from MixEmergency it will create a new QuickTime Movie file. This is the only file you need to copy and then upload to Facebook. The other two files (a file with the extension ".MixEmergencyPerformance", and an audio file with either ".wav" or ".m4a" as an extension) do not need to be copied and uploaded - though you will want to keep these files around if you ever plan on exporting your mix again.

no what im saying is that when i transfer my video mix file from my macbook pro to a flash drive and then lets say that i want to transfer it to my home desk top computer windows 7 i cant drag it out it only transfers audio not the video.

By "video mix file" - do you mean the QuickTime Movie that you've exported? If so, which export preset did you use (in MixEmergency) to render it?
