There is no single "best" when it comes to compressing video (unless you export uncompressed video - which would make your files huge). I would recommend using one of the presets. Start by trying the "Best Quality, Fast encode, 29.97 FPS" preset (which exports with a single-pass, so it will be quick) on a small portion of the file, and see if that is at a quality which is acceptable to you.
