The easiest way would be to get someone else to do it for you ;) Seriously though, the only way I can think of doing this would be with a Quartz Composition overlay. You could even program it so that the equaliser responds to the music. The only hard part is actually creating the Quartz Composition, or finding someone to create it for you.
