advanced midi mapping

I am mapping touch osc to my ipad and have some questions. I wanted to map the whole presets effects to my ipad, after going through tab 1 of the effects i noticed you have to go to tab 2 to to get the midi to recognize the effects on page two. Is the advanced midi mapping with the b2 big presets window the way to map a lot of controls. How do you map those b2 presets.

You can only* map the preset trigger buttons (numbered 1-12) - which will trigger the presets on the current bank/page. *actually, there's a way to map some further buttons. On the MIDI window there are a bunch of controls labelled "B2 P1", "B2 P2", etc.... B = Bank, and P = Preset. So, you can actually assign 3 banks of presets to MIDI: the current (B1), the next (B2), and the one after that (B3). It also means that if you switch to another page, for example the 4th page of the presets, then B2 actually refers to the 5th page, and B3 refers to the 6th page. I hope that's not too confusing. It wasn't really an official feature, but just added so that certain users could access more of the presets via MIDI.

i figured out what you mean. Lastly how do i map the a and b in the presets it will let u map either a or the whole right side ( b mid safe active).

i figured it out sorry. you have to map a rotary or selection tool to scroll through them thanks nick.

You should also be able to map a MIDI button (or two) to step up or down through that list.
