It looks as though you have the Tile/Rotate effect engaged. Can you try loading an effect onto the currently playing video (for example, the Invert effect) channel (not the center, but the left or right channels) and see if that has any effect? And if possible, e-mail (to: contact [at] inklen [dot] com) me a screen-shot of the 3 effect sections of your Control window?
