The quality isn't at 50%, it's just greyed out. You will need to set it up to some decent settings though. For example: File Format: MP4 Video Format: H.264 Data Rate: (this is up to you really, and will determine the quality. the default settings are very very low for this) Image Size: (whatever it is that you are using) and for the audio, make sure that you change it from 128 kbps to something more acceptable, such as 192, 256, or 320. Generally I recommend setting the keyframe distance to around 25.
