Short Cut Buttons and Media Bank pictures

I used to have shortcut buttons on the mix emergency window for overlays, media bank, and control....now i only have a button for the preview window. How do I get this back. Also in my media bank, how do I get the files to show a picture rather than the mpeg4 logo?

Try resizing the MixEmergency window. These buttons hide automatically when the window is too small. For the images to show in the Media Bank: you need to load the video and capture image a snapshot image using the Capture Image button on the Control Window (under the Transport View section) - http://www.inklen.com/mixemergency/manual/controlwindow/
