Yep - I agree. We are looking into the best way to implement this. You can achieve this currently by creating a transparent image the size of your output screen (using graphics software, such as Photoshop/GIMP/etc), and adding your logo to that image (in the space you'd like it positioned) - and then use that image in MixEmergency.
