Serato Failure

Greetings, I recently purchased mix emergency, ready the manual and reviewed the forum as well. However, I am having problems with getting the green light when serato is on in mix emergency. I do not have the rane 57sl mixer connected, video sl activated and have rechecked the steps. Please advise!

Also, to add to the previous post, I do see the video in mix emergency however, there is no green light in mix emergency.

As long as the indicator isn't red then you're okay.... the TTM 57SL (or SL 1, etc) needs to be connected for the indicator to go green. So, basically the indicator shows: Red = can't be controlled by Scratch Live (this will show if you open up MixEmergency while Scratch Live isn't running) Orange = can be controlled by Scratch Live, but no hardware detected Green = can be controlled by Scratch Live and supported hardware is detected

Thanks!! Final question, please direct me to how to display the media box for audio with no video. Again i read the manual and just can not seem to figure out out to put preloaded images that came with the program in the media box. Thx

For the Media Bank: 1) Make sure you've loaded images into the Media Bank (by dragging and dropping from the Finder) 2) In MixEmergency's Preferences, go to the Advanced panel and select "Load media from Media Bank" under the "When an unlinked audio file is loaded:" pop-up menu.
