It's an interesting idea.... though I'm not sure that triggering the transitions with the Dicers would be the best solution. There is a trick with the effects that I've shown a few people that you might find interesting.... Bascially, you map the MIDI On note from a Dicer button to an effect preset, and then map the MIDI Off (i.e. when you release it) note from a Dicer button to an empty effect preset (i.e. the None effect). You can map multiple MIDI messages to a single control in MixEmergency - which allows you to map all 10 (left and right) buttons to trigger the empty effect when they are released. This way you can set up different effects to trigger when you push the Dicer buttons, and then have them reset when you release them. I've seen this used quite well with the Bad TV and the Crop Random effect plug-ins.
