Numark NS7

I have a Rane TTM 57SL mixer in another rig I'll use for my larger events. I also have a Numark NS7 FX midi controller/mixer that I use for my smaller events. I would love to use the NS7 with MixEmergency to push my dance video mixes to a projector vice having to use my other rig with the TTM 57SL. I have run the NS7 with VDJ, but I feel it's not as responsive as compared to using it with what it was meant for....Itch. Issue with running the NS7 with Itch is that I can't use Itch for video mixing. Any way to get Itch to work with ME to mix videos?

No, you can't control MixEmergency from Itch.

I am using Numark NS7 on an imac 27 , would I be able to use Mixemergency in conjunction with Numark NS7?

You can use any MIDI device to control MixEmergency. Control of the videos is done via Scratch Live though, so you would also have to map your NS7 to Scratch Live... I'm not certain if this is possible or not (regarding controlling the position of the music with the NS7's platters).
