looked in the manual but couldnt find the answer, can I make it so the ME control and the other icons be invisible or just go in the background of serato?

I'm not sure what you mean here.... If you mean the windows (Media/Control), then you can set the Opacity for these windows using the sliders in the General panel of MixEmergency's preferences.

yeah I just dont wanna see them, but instead I found that if I just click the X's on each individual box then it goes away how I want, also I'm still not able to map my 57 upfaders, I did all the steps that it takes to make it work but its not working for some reason

You can also MIDI map the toggle buttons (on the MixEmergency window) to show/hide the windows using a MIDI controller. Regarding your upfaders, can you check that: 1) Scratch Live is running 2) You have "Use External Controller Upfaders" enabled in MixEmergency's Preferences 3) The Upfader link buttons (the buttons below the Upfader controls in MixEmergency) are enabled

nope not working, all I do is hold the OPTION key and then click on the faders and move them up n down so they get recognized right? link to pic below! http://www.mediafire.com/?omukqh845la6440

From that screenshot I can say that: 1) You don't need to use the MIDI control panel to map the 57's faders. 2) You haven't linked the 57's upfaders (the buttons below the upfader in MixEmergency - the buttons have the icon look like 8's.... i.e. two intersected circles). These buttons need to be on/enabled in order to use the 57's upfaders.
