my random transition is stuck on dissolve

but i have no dissolve effect nor is it checked! the refresh button does not work at all:( i cant even find the effect to even do anything with it?

i found the dissolve and is unchecked so i have no clue. i have restarted the computer exct i don't know?

there are two places for transitions.. One in the regular list and then another in random transitions list.. check the dissolve to see if it's check there.

I just checked it.. go to preference then transitions.. the list you see there is for the list that will play in random. check for it there

Yep - DjBoozie is correct. Check in the Transition panel of MixEmergency's Preferences for a list labelled "Random Transition includes:". In this list, check that Dissolve is unchecked (if you don't want that transition), and at least one of the other transitions within that list is checked (otherwise, if none are selected it will default to Dissolve).
