New user to ME! One thing i do like about vsl is that you can have the option to link and unlink the crossfader. Additionally, you can have an A channel and B channel cut. Can we have such an option or can someone explain better midi mapping so that i can: 1. ALWAYS have the option to use two midi buttons to do simple A/B cuts (like a pioneer VSM hardware switch would do) 2. Once i click on link the fader, then my crossfader will also control the video crossfader. Essentially, this means most of the night i can do simple cuts but then when i want to be showy and scratch video with purpose, I can activate my hardware crossfader to be the video fader too. If it is this way all the time, its hard to not leak the video in when all you want the audience to experience is the audio first. Reason for the topic title: Is there a place where MIDI users (not ttm57) can set their midi value of the cue fader? Then I could just switch between real crossfader and cue fader for when i want cuts and when i want scratches. Gracias!
