Videos/Media Bank Not Showing

When I play a track that is not a video it's not loading my images from the media bank, I check settings and its checked to load them! And happening more often than not Ill load a song and the video wont show, but then if I load it again it shows

Can you check that you're able to load all of the items in your media bank? It's possible that some of the files are no longer at the same path (and so MixEmergency will not be able to load them).

so if I have an image in a certain folder I drag it out of that folder into the media bank correct? and it's been crashing serato DAILY!!!!! I load up SSL and then load ME, play 1 song and it's fine but then once I load the other deck with a track ,BOOM CRASH!!! happens every single time I do it, I tried using different SSL versions and it's crashing every single one of them. And as I mentioned in the original post, I'll play a video track but the video wont show, just the audio plays, any ideas whats going on there? if I have to do so then I'll take video of all these crashes and problems if it'll help figure out a solution.

That's strange. And yes, you can just drag an image onto the media bank. Can you e-mail me the crash logs to contact@inklen.com ? You can find these by going into the Finder in Mac OS, then into your user folder, then into the folders: Library -> Logs -> CrashReporter. Can you send me all the files in that folder that begin with "MixEmergency". Also, can you send me the file MixEmergency.log that is located in your User -> Movies -> MixEmergency folder.
