Well, it is up to the user to decide the best way to fit it into their work-flow. For exapmle, some people use Scratch Live in the windowed (i.e. not full-screen) mode and have MixEmergency stretched along the top or bottom, while others will leave the Prepare crate in Scratch Live open and have MixEmergency sitting above that. The one thing that I will recommend is that you push the "pin" button on the top right corner of the main MixEmergency window (which will make it hover above all windows no matter which one is focused). It'd be interesting to hear others' opinions about where they think the best place to put MixEmergency is.
