Not from the media bank, but you could use MixEmergency's Media Sequencer to do this. If you go to the menu bar, then select Window, then Media Sequence Editor, then you can create and save new media sequences to play back in MixEmergency. These Media Sequences can then be loaded into the Media Bank, if necessary.
