Crossfader settings not working as it should

Hello all, just wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions. For some reason the crossfader is not working as smoothly as it should. I adjusted the ME settings but I'm still having the same issue.
Issue: When crossfading from left channel to right the video will start to blend in right before when the crossfader is in the middle. However when I blend from right channel to left the video blend will happen when I'm past the middle almost towards the left side. I adjusted the ME settings but nothing seems to work. My goal is for the video blend to happen when I'm 3/4 into the next channel for both sides. I'm using a Pioneer DJM-11 and a MacBook Pro 2022. Serato Pro 2.5.

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

First, can you check in the settings of Serato DJ Pro that under Serato Video the Contour Faders is disabled?

As for fading from the 3 quarter mark - what settings in MixEmergency have you changed to try to achieve this?

Hi Nick, thanks for your reply.

I checked my Serato Pro settings and under expansions packs, I do not have Serato Video enabled. I did enable it and Contour Faders was not enabled. I have since unchecked the Enable Serato Video check box so that Serato Video is disabled.

I'm currenty using the Auto Fade with Cross Fader option. The Trigger Auto Fade with Crossfader setting is at 70%. I have smooth fader box checked. I also have Use External Controller Crossfader checked. I have Contour Enable box checked and the crossfader setting for contour is in middle [medium] and finally I have the use external controller contour box checked off.

The first thing that I would try is to disable the Contour Enable setting.

It may also be that your crossfader isn't closing correctly, so try setting the "Fader cut-in" to 5%, or 10%, and see if this helps at all.

If it's still not working - can you check the MIDI mapping for the crossfader? If this is currently mapped, then please delete all exisiting mappings. It probably doesn't need any MIDI mapping if User External Controller Crossfader is being used.
