Videos not loading from Serato DJ Pro

The green light shows next to the Serato selection, but when loading a video onto a deck it is not showing in ME. The faders appear linked fine, just black screens for the videos.

Can you go into the Advanced section of MixEmergency's Preferences and check that you don't have "Only load from Media Bank" selected.

If it's still not working then I would also suggest checking which pair of channels you have set as your Primary Decks in Serato DJ Pro.

If that doesn't fix the issue, then check that you can load any video at all (by dragging and dropping it from the Finder onto one of MixEmergency's Preview windows).

After dropping a video from finder into a preview window (which worked), it began responding to Serato. Odd bug but worked.

I had the same issue last week. Definitely make sure that "Load from media bank only" isn't checked.
