MacPro M4 Max Sequoia 15.2 - Media Bank not loading when mp3 is played

Hi all,

I have been using ME for quite some time with zero issues. Love the program! I just purchased a new MacPro and after configuring ME for performance, I am no longer seeing the visuals loaded from my Media Bank when playing an mp3 only file. Instead, it re-plays the video from the previously played track. This happens on both sides.

I checked the settings and everything is the same as before. Under advanced, external control, 'load media from media bank' is selected. Still a no go.

Anyone else having this issue?

That's odd. Can you please check that you're able to load each of the items in your Media Bank? Often, if a file has been moved, then it may cause the behaviour that you've experienced (i.e. MixEmergency is unable to locate any of the files in the Media Bank and therefore is unable to load anything).
