Erwin I installed ME on my new mac... everytime I startup ME the overlays panel is not showing...and it keeps dissapearing randomly..
Nick My guess would be that you might've mapped a MIDI control to the button that shows/hides it. Can you remove any mappings for this button and see if this continues?
