Recording Using the Rev7

Hi There So I'm trying to record a video set using version 3.5.3 and the audio drop down will show the Rev7, Serato Virtual Audio, and the Built In Mic but I'm getting no signal from the Rev or and S/V/A. Always got it with no problem on my SX2/SX3 so is this just because of the new hardware? Is there a setting I missed? Thanks so much in advance!

I'm not familiar with the Rev7. It's not clear if you're getting audio at all, so the first thing that I would check is that you've enabled MixEmergency to record from your Microphone Input in macOS's Security & Privacy settings. After this, I would check with Pioneer to see what channels are used on the mixer as the mix return channels, and then make sure that you've set up MixEmergency to record from these channels as well.
