Monterey 12.3 - Mixemergency Crash

Hi - since upgrading to 12.3 I'm seeing regular crashes. I can see a display port error in the crash report for Apple. Where would I access logs to send to you?

That's no good. To find crash logs: 1) Go to the Mac OS X Finder. 2) Hold down the "option" key then in the menu bar select "Go" > Library. 3) In the window that opens, navigate to the folder named "Logs", and within this "DiagnosticReports". 4) Send any files that begin with MixEmergency, or com.inklen.MixEmergency back to me in an e-mail. You can email these to support@inklen.com

Hi Nick - I've sent them to you. They were in a retired folder. The timestamps coincide with the times that the program crashed/closed down. The system initially produced an apple error report but now the program just closes down without warning.

I’m having the same problem. I’ll go dig up the reports and send them over.

@dje_rich I hope you have a time machine backup. I've had to roll back to 12.2.1. Not a quick fix apparently.

@geeebeee I do. I also have OG Serato Video so I run that in full screen behind ME so when it crashes at least it doesn't show my desktop.

Version 3.6.0 should fix these crashes.
