Sample player disfunction

When the Rane 12s are plugged into the Rane 72 usb ports, the Mixemergency sample player does not play the video sample when midi mapped thru the Rane 72 mixer. How can this be resolved?

It sounds as though you might have some sort of MIDI conflict. I would suggest opening the MixEmergency MIDI window (from the menubar, select Window, and then MIDI) and making sure that your Rane 12s are not selected as MIDI sources. It may be best to only have your Rane 72 active as a MIDI source.
