MixEmergency does not currently support chroma keying samples in the Sample Player. I would suggest that you edit this video in another application to remove the green screen and then export this in a format that supports alpha channels (ideally the Hap format, for playback in MixEmergency - though you may have to export it to something such as ProRes4444 and then convert this to the Hap format).
