Crash with Quartz files

Just got up on ME3 (3.3.2) Using a 2019 16" MBP with OS 10.15.4 SDJ Pro version 2.3.2 Loading Quartz files on to either deck or the Quartz Overlay crashes ME3. Tested this with the qtz files provided by the ME3 installer Now that there is a qtz file loaded into my overlay section, and switched on I believe, ME3 will crash every time it is launched and I can't get in to remove it! Is there somewhere I can post the crash log?

You can reset the Quartz Composition overlay if you delete the file at the following path: ~/Movies/MixEmergency/QuartzCompositionOverlay That will allow you to start MixEmergency.

Thanks that worked. Any thoughts on why the QC files might be causing these crashes?

It's hard to say, to be honest. The new security features of macOS, since version 10.14, seem to be causing some problems. There are definitely patches, used in compositions, that have always caused issues. I suspect that it won't be too long until Quartz Composition support on macOS is removed completely, unfortuntely.
