It sounds as though you might've accidentally mapped a MIDI control to the crossfader of MixEmergency. Enter MIDI mapping mode and delete any mappings of MixEmergency's crossfader. Does that fix the issue?

it has something to do with the Phase DJ remote for deck A which causes the mixemergency crossfader to move to deck 2 when I pull back on the turntable deck.

You can disable all incoming MIDI messages from that specific device by going to the menu bar, selecting Window, then MIDI. On the MIDI window there is a pop-up menu item which lists the input sources. Make sure that only the ones you wish to use are selected.
