No audio on video recording

Im new to MixEmergency and I am trying to evaluate the software. If I can get the software to record video, I am going to purchase. I am using a Pioneer DDJ-SB3 with a new MacBook Pro. When I go to record, the only options I have for Device are Default and MacBook Microphone. Please help. Thanks

Does the audio come through the USB connection to the laptop or do I have to connect the RCA audio cables to input the audio?

I think that the DDJ-SB3 doesn't have a USB mix/return channel, so you can't record directly from this device as you would be able to with most others. You would need to either: 1) Use a second USB audio interface for recording the output (connected to the output of your mixer). or 2) Record internally in Serato DJ Pro and then line up and add this audio to your video later.
