Have you had a look into the dual/triplehead2go devices? I'm not 100% convinced that they will do what you're looking for. For example, it shows itself as a single extra monitor to Mac OS. So, with the triplehead2go, if you wanted a 640x480 output to your club system, then you'd really your laptop driving a 1920x480 external display. All of your connected monitors from the triplehead2go would also have to display 640x480 - which is what you would have to fit the ME windows onto. I don't really think that this would be ideal, not that I've tried it myself.
