Exporting - Video is same as source - Logo/Image Overlay is very grainy

Using export settings Best Quality, Fast Encode (640x360) for video mix exporting. The video looks exactly the same as the sources, but my logo is very grainy. During mixing stage, the logo looks very crispy and professional. Is there a better setting to achieve a crispy look for the logo as well as the videos? Thanks.

I suspect that when you're recording it is output to a display with higher dimensions. Because the image will be scaled down at 640x360, it's causing it to look pixellated, due to the way that it's sampled. What dimensions are your logo? You could try to trick your MixEmergency export into using a second image, with lower dimensions (you can scale it down in most image editing software).
