SUBSTANCE I get quite large export file sizes for my half hour video mixes. What is the best way to get them down to a share-able size? ~700mb My most recent 30 minute mix was 16GB, and I used Adobe Premiere to add titles & export it at 4GB. I figure if YIFY can get a whole movie looking great at 700mb, my DJ mixes probably don't need to be 4GB. mix link below if you're interested... https://www.dropbox.com/s/aogt67g6jk1bu3n/NZ%20HIP%20HOP%20VIDEO%20MIX%20by%20DJ%20SUBSTANCE.mp4?dl=0
Nick This can turn into a long topic - there are so many variables involved (dimensions, bitrate, keyframes, etc), and often what is acceptable quality to one person, isn't acceptable for another.
SUBSTANCE Cool, I'm slowly exporting the same mix at various settings to experiment. I'm very much an audio guy still learning about video. I just thought some other users may have found a sweet spot already. I'm quite sure I'll be looking to third party software that specialises in compressing video for the result I'm after. I'll report back if I have progress...
