First you will need a video clip of a girl dancing. Then you will need to drag and drop this in the Media Bank of MixEmergency. Lastly, you will need to go into MixEmergency's Preferences, to the Advanced section, and change the Preference titled "When an unlinked audio file is loaded:" to "Load media from Media Bank". The next time you load an audio file, a random clip will be selected and loaded from the Media Bank.
