Presets from old laptop to new laptop

I have a new mac that I have loaded ME3 onto and was wondering if there was a way to load all of the presets and settings from the ME3 on my old laptop to the new one. I don't want to have to load everything again if I don't have to.

There are just 2 things that you will need to copy across. The folder: ~/Movies/MixEmergency/ This has all of your plug-ins and most of the settings. The Preferences file: ~/Library/Preferences/com.inklen.MixEmergency.plist This folder is hidden, so you will need to: 1) Go to the Mac OS X Finder. 2) Hold down the "option" key then in the menu bar select "Go" > Library.
