I'm currently streaming with SDJ, ME and using OBS to broadcast to Chew.tv. A lot of the guys on there are using a basic Logitech c920 web cam to do a live pic on their video feed. I picked one up myself and am going to toy with it this weekend. That is a baseline $70 cam that has tolerable low light pics. The sky is the limit if you want more.
